Mark Wagner brings over 10 years of experience in M&A advisory and accounting to Van Hermann Capital. Since joining the firm, Mark has been integral to the evaluation and execution of high-conviction investments, as well as the ongoing monitoring and strategic support of our portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Van Hermann Capital, Mark served as a Manager in Transaction Services at PwC Canada and America, where he provided specialized M&A advisory services to a diverse global client base. Mark is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Finance and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of Hawaii.
